Sathish K Reddy - Chief Executive Officer
Sathish is responsible for corporate strategy, sales, global branding and overall management at Starmark. His extensive experience and expertise covers startups, technology management, finance and corporate governance.
Prior to founding Starmark, Sathish was the EVP, Products and Strategy for EC Cubed, a Business-to-Business e-commerce software provider, which he co-founded in December 1996 with his colleagues from GE Capital.
At GE Capital, Sathish was responsible for the platform architecture and implementation of one of the industry's first Business-to-Government e-commerce platforms. Prior to joining GE, he worked with Pratt & Whitney, where he was responsible for strategy and rollout of client/server platforms. He helped transform Pratt's computing infrastructure to a state-of-the-art computing environment, and was also responsible for supply chain automation and labor performance optimization.
Sathish has a Bachelors degree in Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
Arun Tumati - VP, Global Solutions Delivery
Arun is responsible for delivery of client projects at Starmark. He brings strong e-business domain expertise in electronic procurement and financial transaction processing, payment processing, payment gateways and settlement processes to Starmark. His expertise lies in managing projects across different locations, building competent project teams, and ensuring consistent high-quality delivery across practices.
Prior to Starmark, Arun was the Chief Solutions Architect at EC Cubed, a Business-to-Business e-commerce software provider. In this role, he was responsible for solution strategy, program management, and delivery of client projects. His responsibilities also included providing solutions for GE's Global Exchange Services, American Express and MasterCard. Earlier, Arun worked with Larsen & Toubro, building enterprise applications in accouting, manufacturing and human resources domains.
Arun has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Mysore University and MBA in Operations from ICFAI University.
Tharak Krishnamurthy - VP, Technology & Consulting
Tharak is responsible for managing technology consulting at Starmark. His expertise includes business analysis, technology and strategic consulting. His additional responsibility includes R&D, knowledge management and development of Starmark's overall technology direction.
Prior to Starmark, he was the Chief Architect at EC Cubed, and was responsible for product management and architecture for products of EC Cubed. Tharak is well versed in high-end enterprise product architectures and has a passion for applying technology to solve complex business problems. Prior to EC Cubed, he worked with California Software Laboratories, building software products in the CAD/CAM domain.
Tharak has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Karnataka University.
Ganesh K. - VP, Operations
Ganesh is responsible for operations within Starmark. In this role, he manages finance, administration and support functions at Starmark.
Prior to joining Starmark, he worked with Manas Software, as Director - Operations, where he handled Administration, Accounts and HR functions. Ganesh has over seven years of experience in operations management in the software development and services industry.
