Dedicated Resource Model 

This model is best suited for multiple projects over an extended period of time. Under this model, Starmark establishes an ODC (Offshore Development Center) and allocates exclusive resources at a constant, fixed cost. Based on extensive high-level planning, work is organized around this fixed number of resources.

This model gives you access to a customized team with required skill sets and services. Knowledge is retained within these project groups since the resources are exclusively assigned to the ODC.

The dedicated resource model offers a set of unique advantages:
  • Increased scalability, as the size of the project and the engagement team can be scaled up and down as the requirement changes
  • Coordination is achieved through a single point of contact throughout the engagement process
